Description
The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the store, managing and motivating the team, and creating a luxury service culture

Description
Team Management:
Manage the team in terms of recruitment, leadership, training, and performance appraisalMonitor the sales target of the boutique staffConduct / Organize briefings to the teamFoster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork
Client Relations:
Deliver excellent customer service to the clientsSupport the sales team on the shop floorManage a portfolio of local and international clientsStrategize and innovate ways to improve service standards
Operational efficiency:
Establish the necessary means to achieve the objectives of the shopMonitor indicators such as turnover, traffic, sell through etcPropose actions for customer loyalty and developmentParticipate in buying sessions
Stock:
Oversee the management and organization of inventory along with the stock managerParticipate in restocking along with the boutique managerComply with the Boutique charter and follow all procedures such as cash, inventory, stock etc
Profile
4-5 years of prior retail management experience in a full line fashion store is requiredStrong knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity consistent with the brandPassionate about the field of fashion (design, texture etc)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task and meet tight deadlinesStrong analytic approach in carrying out the required tasksHigh degree of professionalism in attitude and teamwork with clients and management teamFluency in English is a must, Arabic and/or French would be an added advantage
