Bilbayt launched in Kuwait back in 2015 and has expanded to the UAE and KSA recently. We are a small team of 30+ doing something truly unique and exciting. We are looking to build a small regional marketing team based in Dubai. The team itself will include a marketing manager and 2 marketing executives based in Dubai, and supported by a senior digital marketing and analytics manager based Kuwait. We also work with a highly talented remote team of graphic designers.
We are looking for a switched on self-starting marketing executive to join our team based in Dubai.
What you’ll need to do in this role
Marketing activities spanning Kuwait, UAE and KSA
Community Management – handle social media management for Bilbayt across 3 different accounts currently
Plan the monthly content calendar and generate creative and engaging content that fits within the overall strategy and vision of Bilbayt
Create creative content for social media and ads on a regular basis including but not limited to photoshoots and video content
Work with Bilbayt’s graphic design team to produce high quality and creative content
Attend photoshoots for new vendors/existing vendors and create content based on it
Draft and distribute English and Arabic content for push notifications – copywriting
Work with partner vendors on campaign collaborations and marketing activities
What you need to be to survive and thrive in this role
You gotta be a super motivated driven self-starter
You need to care about social media and really know whats going on and what is trending, doesn’t help if you’re disconnected from the people you want to reach
Again, you need to be social media savvy
Attention to detail and aesthetic inclination is important particularly with content creation
An absolute command, and nothing less, of English and Arabic
You need to be super-duper organized and be able to multi-task productively
