Description
A very busy VVIP from the music industry is looking for a courteous, dedicated professional to become “a part of the family” as the Butler/House Manager. This person will take care of their new property in Dubai for 9 months of the year with the opportunity to work all year round and manage all of their international properties.
The Principal and his family travel frequently so packing/unpacking will be a large part of the role, along with general house maintenance and management to the highest possible standard. The Principal is seeking perfection and somebody who slots into the family’s busy daily life.
Responsibilities
Light housekeeping
Wardrobe management
Preparing the home for the Principal and his guests
Manage logistics
Concierge services (booking hotels/restaurants etc)
Supervising household staff
Maintenance contracts
Food and drink service when the residence is occupied
Purchasing & provisioning
Experience with monthly financial reports (worksheets/contracts/invoices)
Ideal Candidate
Fluent English
Experience working for UHNW and demanding clients (Royal Households)
Experience working with children
DBS checked
Strong references
Flexible working hours and times
Package
Salary: Very competitive, DOE
Hours: Flexible
Start Date: March
Accommodation: Either live in or provided with an apartment.
