Description
– Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations.
– Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
– Conduct marketing research, document and report to the marketing department.
– Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
– Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.
– Prepare and reconcile customer balances.
– Correct discrepancies in customer account balances.
– Supporting sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts

Job Skills:
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Back office or administrative experience preferred
– Intermediate level knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and open to learning new software.
– Familiarity with database entry with high level of attention to detail and accuracy of data entry work
– Good verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines
– Working knowledge of mail processes, such as postage machine, UPS, etc.
– Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignment.
– Experience handling office equipment
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
