The Role
Our leading architectural client urgently requires a Receptionist to join their well-established office in Dubai. As an internationally acclaimed firm this client maintains their sterling reputation by upholding the highest standards of engineering, design and consultancy across their diverse architectural portfolio throughout the MEA region.

Requirements
We are therefore seeking candidates whom are accustomed to multitasking in a fast paced, project driven environment. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist will be responsible for embodying the firm’s brand standards and warmly welcoming all visitors as well as taking ownership of all front of house communications with each of the internal departments as well as external partners, couriers and vendors in person, over the phone and via email correspondence. The Receptionist will ensure all messages and correspondence are distributed accurately and efficiently to the appropriate recipients as well as completing required data entry, calendar coordination, maintaining schedules and recording visitors entering and leaving the office.
