Primary Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for export.
• Drive direct sales via cold calling, in person/Skype sales calls and presentations.
• Manage and close sales opportunities through accurate forecasting, account and opportunity
planning, account resource allocation and opportunity management.
• Establish and maintain key account and channel partner relationships.
• Handle the responsibilities from raising proposals to finalisations to execution of projects
completion in co-ordination with the project team.
Partner Management:
• Identify & recruit channel partners and manage Metaflex resellers in Cold Chain the Middle
East.
• Drive sales through channel partners through sell with and sell through approaches.
Consultative Sales:
• Understand the customers’ needs, identify challenges, pain-points or problems, devise and
suggest an appropriate solution.
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Metaflex and associated technologies.
• Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on industries and products to leverage in the
Consultative sales cycle selling.
Educational & Professional Qualifications:
• Engineering degree from an accredited institution or a Postgraduate management diploma in
Sales & Marketing/ International Business

Experience:
• Strong 8-10 years sales experience in Export (Middle East).
• Experience in selling direct and through/with channel partners in related industry.
• Willingness to travel to Middle East destinations frequently as per the business needs.

Preferable Industry: Door Automation / Entrance Automation / Dock Solutions /Cold Chain
/Refrigeration/Food Processing/Warehouse/Construction

• Competence in Business Development of technical products for Cold Chain
• Strong organizational skills, and a self-starter
• Ability to build relationship
• Concept selling skills
• Strong negotiation skills

• Physically fit & a good personality
• Ready to travel extensively
