HR Job Description
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Organize interviews in coordination with Line Managers.
Assist the PRO in mobilization of candidates in visa processing and prepares all the documents related to company license renewal.
Knowledgeable in MOL/MOHRE, GDRFA, and DHA portal
Collecting all the necessary documents of the new hired employees and cancellation employees.
Maintaining the records and keep up to date all the employees important documents (passport, residence visa, labour card, insurance card, occupational health card and emirates I.D)
Admin Job Description
Prepare and fill – in all the required documents needed for Tenancy Contracts , apply for visa’s online for CEO, and facilitate in providing other documents request by the management to fill in.
Intimate employees regarding new policies and procedures Set/Established by senior management
Maintain and keeping the track record of Trade licenses, and other legal documents required as per the UAE law.
Drafting of all kinds contracts/ NDA''s/ MOUs and correspondence with 2nd party and 3rd party firms.
Maintaining and checking Vehicle log book for efficient use of the vehicle,
Keeping the record for maintenance of all the vehicles owned by the firm including and insurance of vehicles.
Monitoring and keeping the records for fines due to official vehicles
Job Requirements
Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Thorough knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
BS in Human Resources or relevant field
