CHALET BEREZKA RESTAURANT is urgently looking for Marketing Executive, who will be responsible for providing support in developing marketing plan (Annually and monthly as needed) that drives business targets and brand strategy, execute the marketing plan and strategy through delivery of marketing campaigns and communications to realize sales and profitability targets and ensure the brand communications support the brand image and equity.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support development of the annual commercial calendar with clearly defined and prioritized commercial cases for marketing investment which support and promote the commercial priorities of the Business Units.
Effective partnership with Visual Merchandising and Social Media posting to ensure in-store and external marketing components are implemented to drive a cohesive look for the customers
Ensure coordination for permits with regards to promotion and events
Support positioning of the brand in the local markets in line with Marketing Strategy (e.g. Leadership position in the marketing advertisement of the restaurant, price perception through f&b offers, etc.)
Write full marketing briefs for the agreed key commercial priorities and agencies for timely execution
Network with a range of stakeholders’ customers, suppliers, agencies, mall marketing managers to ensure leverage opportunities and timely feedback with integration into an overall marketing plan.
Prepare weekly and monthly updates and trading reports on Marketing Activity across all mediums of presentation.
Work to deliver and report on events and activations with media/agencies/PR.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must be educated to a Bachelor''s degree level in Business Administration or Marketing from an accredited university, with 3+ years marketing experience working in the Food and Beverage Industry. Also, you must have sound practical knowledge of brand management and other marketing principles, a very strong analytical background and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
