Prepare weekly and monthly production report.
Prepare daily and weekly target report.
Assist the Project Manager with developing site organization charts and project manpower requirements.
Review construction drawings and resolve any discrepancies with Engineering and Consultant.
Monitor safety performance of all personnel on site and recommend improvements to safety procedures.
Implement construction program as directed by the Project Manager.
Prepare monthly outlooks of manpower and material requirements.
Prepare QA/QC work.
Liaising with distributors, consultants for variations in projects
Cost report
Product dispatch inspection
Review Planning Engineer progress reports and advise on all issues affecting project completion - particularly quality, costs and schedules.
Source materials required in accordance with specifications and prepare submittals for Consultant’s approval.
Assist planning Engineer, in preparation of detailed work program and material procurement schedule.
Assist Project Manager in mobilization of resources for site facilities and project set-up.
Review daily work schedule, equipment and manpower requirements with foremen.
