Job Summary
Responsibilities
Overall responsibility of generating new sales in the UAE
Devise strategies to penetrate new business sectors or markets.
To leverage established relationships and prospect through cold telephone calling, canvassing, networking functions and trade shows to build new relationships
Working with Senior leadership to maintain an "opportunity pipeline" management data base
Meeting with clients regularly and managing contractual expectations
Attendance at tender site visits, client meetings and submission interviews, preparation and delivery of presentations and completed tender documents to prospective clients.
Qualifications Required
Graduate, western educated preferred
Minimum 3 yrs. of proven Sales Experience within a Security Industry in UAE
Previous work experience in any security related organisation is a must
Skills Needed
Good understanding of the market place, key competitors and key trends within the industry.
Proven successful track record in identifying and securing profitable business
Desire an opportunity for unlimited growth and success
Possess extraordinary communication skills, personal and team achievement goals
A strong ability to prospect, negotiate and close sales
Ability to handle stress and work under pressure
Creative problem solving abilities with a strong passion for driving process improvements and results
Must have excellent computer skills (knowledge of MS Office programs-Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Must have a valid UAE driving license.
