Description
1.Set-up and close Executive Lounge (AM and PM) according to established operating hours and specifications, never leaving it unattended.
2.Keep Executive Lounge and work area tidy throughout the day. Set-up/clear tables, wash/dry up utensils, take/replenish soiled linen, refrigerate perishables as needed.
3.Set-up/clear buffet table before and after every meal serving time.
4.Keep Executive Lounge and pantry well stocked at all times, with food and utensils properly stored.
5.Prepare/mix drinks and beverages according to established recipe. All drinks and beverages freshly made.
6.Regularly pick-up requisitioned items from storeroom.
7.Continually monitor guests, anticipate needs and serve in a pleasant and courteous manner.
8.Maintain the atmosphere of tranquility at the Executive Lounge, never giving the impression that there is a problem.
9.Review daily arrivals/departures of Executive Floor guests and prepare accordingly.
10.Continuously update oneself on promotional activities/offers, hotel facilities, outlet operating hours to be able to provide information to guests.
11.Take endorsement from previous shift and follow up on any outstanding matters. Ensure that matters needing follow-up are endorsed to succeeding shift.
12.Responsibly use all available systems and equipment including PMS(Property Management System), telephone system, lounge utensils and equipment, etc.
