As a key member of the Marketing team your role will cover the following:
Ensure a comprehensive and cohesive branding presence for AES International;
Support and actively encourage inbound lead generation through all online channels including the website and social media;
Work with the entire marketing team in developing new, and update existing, marketing collateral such as website pages, blog posts, brochures, sales aids, and online adverts, among others, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines;
Effectively execute inbound marketing campaigns, which include creating website and landing pages and sending marketing emails;
Analyse data acquired from marketing campaigns and the website to determine best practices;
Understand and promote the principles of inbound marketing including landing pages, personas, conversion tactics and testing and the customer journey;
Provide training and ongoing guidance to advisers on best inbound marketing practices;
Assist in the management of AES social media channels, as needed;
Updating and maintaining the marketing department''s documentation and databases;
Providing support for marketing events and other marketing activities as required;
Assist the Head of Marketing with marketing activities and act as a brand ambassador.
