Job Description
1. Posting transactions to the accounting system including purchase – sales invoices, debit – credit notes, reimbursement expense, journal entries.
2. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for all bank accounts to the general ledger, research discrepancies, and prepare adjusting transactions necessary to make corrections to appropriate accounting records,
3. Provide support to the controller on special projects and the annual audit, follow up outstanding creditors, maintain records and provide reports as required.
4. Effectively use spreadsheet software, word processing software, and other financial software,
5. Overall maintenance of Books of accounts in company environment / ensure processing of suppliers, employees and other claims in a timely manner,
6. Ensure the integrity and correctness of all financial documents, data records up-keeping/ filing/ data management.
7. Maintain & update all Balance Sheet items - Fixed Assets Register & Employee Balances,8. Monthly, Quarterly and yearly reconciliation of all company’s suppliers & customers account.
