Job Description
• Create and update product data, coverage areas, delivery region, working hours, contact numbers, images and logos on our Website.
• Set up, monitor and manage online order transmission.
• Upload and maintain the new promotions / offers & Banners on our Website/portal
• Link with sales for any immediate changes.
• Respond to client/business partner incoming queries or information by phone or emails.
• To follow up all enquiries, prepare forms and reports, and summarize the coordination tasks implemented for any project for a new or current client.
• Up-keep of a client/business partner database – updating where necessary to allow effective Coordination Service in the future. • Liaise with graphic designer for resizing of logos.
Skills
• Communication Skills (Written & Verbal). Fluency in arabic is must.
