1.Undertakes the detailed engineering, procurement, and supervision of the installation of the Electrical works for commercial and industrial buildings.

2.working within the project budget to achieve the forecast profit under the supervision of the Project Manager.

3.Ensure that works are undertaken in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications and other contract documents.

4.Ensure that the expenditure on the mechanical works is in accordance with the project budget.

5.Maintain close relationships with the client, professional team, suppliers and sub contractors.

6.Awareness of quantity surveying standards and requirement.

7.Awareness of contract forms and their requirements

8.Must have computer skills, particularly in spread sheets and databases.

9.Experience in design and estimation of electrical projects
