The Role
Our Client is a family office with a significant Real Estate Portfolio in Europe, India, Middle East. The portfolio comprises completed & rented out properties, properties at various stages of construction & interior designing and properties which are yet to be developed or sold. Additionally, the client is actively looking for attractive investment opportunities.
We are now looking for an accomplished and capable Executive Secretary to the Group Chairman. This is a senior position and calls for a highly resourceful lady with impeccable credentials, wide ranging experience in managing the office independently, coordinating with the London and Dubai offices and managing the Chairman''s diary, travel arrangements, documentation, tasks scheduling and directing local staff etc.
Requirements
An accomplished and competent lady in her mid 30''s with 15 years of solid experience of working for senior executives in UAE or Europe would be an ideal candidate. We expect the person to display mature judgement, competency in taking and following directives and getting things accomplished efficiently.
A rock solid education, exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, ability to speak international languages would be a good advantage.
