Description
• Deliver prompt services to guests/ visitors/ internal customers in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries; Routes calls to specific people
• Attend to queries related to Company products, services, quotations, address & directions
• Directs visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
• Perform other duties as needed, including writing letters, filing, photocopying, and collating
• Provide operational support to management & administration department as per requirement and delegation of assignments
• Maintain telecommunication system for house phone and console operation.
• Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations
• Coordinate office activities/events
• Coordinate the pick-up & delivery of express mail services
Desired Candidate Profile
• Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Arabic will be additional advantage.
• Experience of managing front desk
• Mature attitude and professional demeanour, smart immaculate presentation
• Excellent organisation skills
• A true team player who interacts well with staff at all levels
• Displays enthusiastic willingness to provide high level of service
• Ability to work under pressure
• An excellent communicator and self-starter
• Proven hands-on proficiency with MS office applications
• Working experience in the UAE is not a must but will be an advantage
