Purpose


The Sales Manager is tasked to successfully achieve sales targets. He will also design and implement a strategic marketing sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and its strong presence. Meet with customers to understand their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them. He promotes a customer focus culture in sales and marketing operations, while he is attached to a constant respect of the law and internal rules, company values & local image.


Areas of responsibility


Meet the top-line sales & bottom-line sales.
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Lead the sales initiatives across the Gulf Region.
Maintains and expands customer base; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
Understanding customers'' diverse, specific business needs and applying Net sweeper Product knowledge to meet those needs.
Identifying and developing new business through networking and follow-up calls.
Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations articulately and confidently.
Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events.
Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology

A minimum of 3-5 years Sales experience
Education

University or College degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing / Accounting.
