Our Client is recruiting for Business Development/Sales Executive Position (Arabic Speaking)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Protects organization''s value by keeping information confidential.
- Developing quotes and proposals.
- Stay abreast of competing markets, development, building, etc. in the community and surrounding areas.
-Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
-Work with other team members, consultants, key customers, and key suppliers to solve specific challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
-Research and build relationships with new clients.
-Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
-Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
-Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s ERP System or other sales management system.
- Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continue to enhance the company’s performance.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Successfully resolve customer issues timely and professionally.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customers and associates by being friendly and courteous.
- Understand product applications and help customers in their selections.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
-Review daily reports, taking appropriate action as needed.

Skills
The skills you need to excel in this position include:
Minumum of 5 years of experience in Sales - Strong Sales Experience in desirable
Experienced working for a Wooden manufacturing company
valid Driving license

Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
