Responsible for organizing and completing 30Tmarket research30Tes as required
• Assists the Brand and PR Director in arranging promotional events and preparing for media interviews
• Create opportunities for Top Management to speak at events and prepare for presentations and delivery
of media messages for company major events
• Prepares reports to assess the results of marketing campaigns
• Conducts market research and develops market reports to analyze data related to the brand, market and
competition
• Assists the Brand & PR Director in managing the brand related social media
• Ensures that the corporate visual identity is adhered to in all marketing and PR activities.
• Responsible for writing online content
• Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with reporters, media agencies, and manages suppliers
relations
• Checks-in at photo shoots, event sites and attends trade shows and exhibitions
• Drafts press releases and media content and discuss messages to be addressed with management
• Works with agencies to produce advertising content including videos, social media and online ads
• Obtains detailed information on customers’ responses to online advertising
• Conduct SWOT analysis, benchmark to competition, and develops recommendations to improve
• Responsible for the arrangements of press conferences and related events
• Follows up on the preparation, development, production and delivery of events from proposal right up to
delivery.
• Delivers projects on time, within budget, while meeting required expectations.
• Sets, communicates and maintains timelines and priorities on every project
• Performs any other duties related to the job
• Maintain competitive watch on com, PR, VIP-CRM and visual merchandising matters
• Implement communication and PR strategy, including campaigns and events
• Develop and coordinate creative briefs for all media and PR material (photo shoots, print, digital, etc.)
• Organize events (press events, HNW private-sales events, trade-sales events, etc.)
• Coordinate product launches with sales force to increase sales-push
• Manage operational marketing and improve sales channel animation
• Ensure visual merchandising effectiveness and adherence to corporate guidelines
• Coordinate and obtain approvals from Versace SPA on above matters
• Manage third-party relations for media, events, VIP and operational marketing
• Follow-up budgets relating to above responsibilities
• Leverage Samra organization and relationship network
