looking for a Receptionist/Administration Coordinator to join a team of dedicated and ambitious colleagues in a dynamic organization where no days are alike. You will support leaders, colleagues and external parties through a broad variety of tasks. It will be your responsibility to keep an overview in this all-round administrative role.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Manning the front desk and providing general support to office guests/visitors.
Answering incoming calls/direct calls
Managing outgoing mail/courier bookings
Ordering office/pantry supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Onboarding new Heat Exchanger employees – making sure equipment such as laptop, monitor, welcome gifts, business cards, etc.
Offboarding of leaving employees – facilitate company asset handover, arrangement of farewell gift and meetings, etc.
Supporting business travel management, e.g. hotel, flights, car rental, and travel insurance.
Managing the JAFZA business portal and tracking validity of business/trade licenses, camp lease, employee visas, and processing new/renewal/cancellation requirements.
Renewing Property, Workmen’s Compensation, and group medical insurance policies.
Performing other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned.
