A leading marketing company based in Dubai requires - Bilingual (English/ Arabic) Chat / Customer care Agent for a long term project.


Candidates should
1) Good communication skills in English/ Arabic
2) 1-year minimum experience in an inbound/ outbound call center/customer care
3) Good online and offline customer and complaint handling skills.
4) Good keyboard skills and knowledge in relevant computer applications i.e. Freshdesk, Zendesk etc.
5) Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
