Role & Responsibilities:
• Execution of structural and finishing works as per project drawings and specifications
• Ensuring progress of the site works based on the milestone of the project
• Coordinates with subcontractors including attending regular meetings
• Follow-up for all structural and finishing site activates including shoring, pilling, concreting, steel structural works, flooring, plastering, waterproofing, false ceiling, facade,….etc, to assure compliance with established procedures and Project’s specification
• Preparing, submitting, and follow-up for the Authorities requirements, site inspections, and NOC’s for commencing site activities.
• Preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to the senior Manager.
• Planning and Tracking of ongoing works within the overall project schedule.
• Ensure that all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed according to requirements.
• Assist in Reviewing of Shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals to ensure it is complying with project specifications

Key skills:
• Degree in Civil Engineer
• Proven working experience as a Site Engineer
• UAE Driving License is must
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Pleasant personality, Good communication is must,
• Team working skills
