Description
QUALIFICATION: CA / CPA / CMA or equivalent + Master Degree in business administration OR finance to be a plus
Minimum Experience: 10-15 Years of Experience Real Estate with at least 5 years of experience midsize real estate company in UAE in similar capacity.
SKILLS:
· Must have working experience on ERP, knowledge of SAP will be plus
· Excellent written as well as oral communication IFRS Knowledge
· Accounting & Controlling of Real Estate Projects.
· Familiar with Valuation Methodologies by RICS
· Conducting Feasibility Studies for construction
