Responsibilities:
Help in devising and implementing strategy for evolution of Tablet Banking Channel. Define and measure milestones that will support the execution of strategy
Do continuous market research and be up to date with the latest technologies in the "Tablet Banking" space and come up with innovative ideas that support vision and strategy
Provide support in UI and UX designs for Tablet Banking projects to ensure that the interface designed is easy to use , highly interactive and engaging for front end users
Design screen mock ups by talking to end users , understanding the processes and system integrations involved and making the complete end to end journey fit into a very friendly front end experience
Evaluate current functionalities and identify opportunities to address gaps against Best in Class and Benchmark practices
