Our client is a Dubai based company who are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join their expanding team. You will work in coordination with a Sales Representative in a specified market to achieve sales targets by maintaining and developing business relationships with direct customers (converters) as well as end-users. Our clients’ working week is Monday-Friday not Sunday to Thursday, and the working hours will be based on supporting the Europe based office.

Description:
Work with dedicated Sales Reps to achieve sales targets, through business management and development with end users and converters
Be virtually present during sales calls and customer visits
Work with dedicated Sales Reps to develop contract agreements with customer, negotiate prices and other commercial conditions
Develop customer and industry expertise, identify new opportunities both with existing customers as well as new ones
Work together to promote innovation and NPD

Criteria:
Fluent in English plus one or two of the following: French, Italian, German or Spanish
Experience in the flexible packaging industry, with good knowledge in film packaging applications
University graduate – ideally engineering
Commercially sound
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in sales in a similar industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Collaborative working
Ability to communicate with various levels and functions
