Description
Key Responsibilities:

Develop the Field Excellence strategy across GCC.
Develop the overall strategy for the field & fashion account portfolio based on Global and Market strategies jointly with the Senior Director WHS and get sign off by the GM.
Manage the Field Accounts team and follow all related WHS Excellence standards, best practices and commercial policies in daily work.
Provide leadership and effectively managing cross-functional working relationships, on vision, strategic objectives/ actions and financial targets .
Develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job.
Manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guidelines.
Set personal objectives, targets, guidelines and assess all reports.
Establish an appropriate organizational framework for the field organization
Drive the negotiation and enforcement of trade terms.
Ensure all customers are allocated to the correct sales channels.
Continually analyze action plans related to field customers, setting objectives, GTM strategies, tactics, allocating resources and ensure the appropriate framework.
Work closely with all stakeholders including field customers for quality sqm development plans and a proper execution either with branded SIS or generic allocated adidas sections or dedicated shelf spaces.
Ensure execution of the field CSS and track results / data exchange.
B2B channel part of Field channel; to develop and grow the business across GCC, connecting with proper government, semi-government, clubs corporate channels.
Delivers clear and substantive commercial input to the Senior Director WHS and management team.
Regularly visit and establish key relationships and build knowledge of the respective customers and competitors sell-through and activities, and propose/initiate/take actions .
Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customers performances.
Ensure customer compliance with agreements.
Provide a clear vision and direction with relevant objectives and KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High analytical skills for strategy development, business planning, and decision making.
Proven track record of successfully managing Key/Field Accounts in large sales organizations.
Strong interpersonal skills: Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills.
High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge (e.g. sales, trade marketing, finance and controlling).
Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex data and develop and implement innovative solutions.
Leading and managing a diverse team (incl. remote management).
Strong decision taking and determination and shows high initiative and pragmatism to the business.
Fluent in written and spoken local language as well as English. Skills and abilities in other language are an added plus.
Open to travel regularly within GCC.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Arabic fluency required.
University degree in business with marketing and sales focus.
Minimum 10 years of sales experience within large sales organisations, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG of which min 4 years in Sales.
Experience in GCC market.
Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Supply Chain.
Advanced IT skills: Advanced MS Office Skills.
