Job Description:
* Assist in the creation of People Analytics that provides data analysis
* Document reporting process by developing reference materials for training purposes
* Lead People Analytics and business intelligence projects
* Maintain and update configurations of ERP system.
* Provide backup support for other Workday analysts.
* Ensure Workday related processes meet business requirements and deadlines.
* May support Workday security, users and permissions, security groups, rights management.
* Scheduled maintenance execution and communication with users.
* Coordinate system software updates
* May assist in the implementation of additional Workday HCM modules.
* Improve system processes by exploring system configuration options and investigating new functionality
* Assistant development of ERP system roadmap in conjunction with other HR team members.

Job Description:
* 1+ years of Workday or other HRIS system experience
* Degree or certification in HR or IT or related field, and HR designation is desirable
* Business Analyst certification, preferred but not required.
* Project Management certification, preferred but not required.
* Workday and/or HRIS formal training.
* Good presentation skills
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Access
