Job Description
To be a strong fit for the Senior Accountant role, you will need to be familiar with:
• Invoicing
• Accounts Payable
• Collections
• Month-end close
• Reconciliations
• Period end closing activities
• Assist with special project and analyses
• Inventory reconciliation
• Documenting policies and procedures in order to improve transaction efficiencies
• Audit preparation• Ensure consistent compliance with policies and procedures
Skills
Additionally you will have:
• English – advance level
• Minimum 2 years UAE experience
• 5 or more years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Working knowledge of accounting procedures and internal controls
• Excel skills-intermediate to advanced
• Excellent organizational skills required
• Team player • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
