Conduct on-the-job training along with the Sales Supervisors in order to ensure that sales, collection and merchandising objectives are being achieved.

Monitor and control levels of credit in the market.
Monitor the competitors selling activities and report back to management.
Handle all customers/ consumer complaints promptly and efficiently.

Control the expenses and operate within the approved budget.
