Planning Engineer IMMEDIATE HIRING !
This is a temporary 2 month opportunity. Please apply only if all conditions are OK
Job Purpose: To develop the most appropriate method and sequence of shut down and turnaround activities, in conjunction with the PM in order to ensure the project is completed timely, safely and on budget.
Core Responsibilities:
Prepare & update Project schedule based on scope.
Monitor critical activities based on schedule & advise management.
Monitor day to day work progress, prepare weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly program reports by Primavera/BIM.
Report to the Project manager about current work progress, make comparisons between planned & actual.
Ensuring resource allocation & availability.
To prepare cost control, cost saving monitoring report & daily site allocation reports.
Managing Contractors compliance & handling subcontractors progress meetings.
Qualifications Required:
Must have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/ Const. Management)
Experience Min. 1yr & Max. 6 yrs
Excellent knowledge of landscaping & irrigation works.
Knowledgeable in estimating/ quantity take off, preparing cost loaded program schedule including manpower & resource loadings.
Technical skills: AutoCAD, MS project, Primavera P3, P5 and P6 etc.
