We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our Sea Freight Division in Al Futtaim Logistics. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will handle sea freight documentation and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely sea freight operations procedures. You will focus on efficient handling of customer service while coordinating with internal and external clients. You will ensure the accuracy in billing invoice, costing, posting of data entry in the system.

About You:
The successful candidate should possess a Degree or Diploma preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics. You should have at least 2-3-years’ experience as a Sea Freight Coordinator in the UAE.
