Description
Ideal candidate is a new graduate with strong communication skills or with max 1/2 year of experience in Sales activities
Main Responsibilities
• Based in Mindware HQ, Dubai, UAE
• Responsible for developing stronger liaison with existing customers and prospects in agreement with Channel Sales Team and Solutions’ Teams
• Reporting to BUM and/or PM
• Support Channel/Solutions’ Teams in providing a prompt quotations to customers for products & renewals
• Following up on customers by calls/emails
• Create appropriate and accurate reporting for both Company and vendor(s)
• Understand and work with the Company processing & reporting tools such as ERP (Orion) and CRM (Salesforce)
• When required, update the company’s customer database of prospects within an assigned territory
• When required, deliver a consistent and clear proposition message on the assigned company’s products as a tool to increasing customer interest level on the product
• When required, support marketing campaigns in order to increase awareness of company'' products under the direction of Sales Management

Skills and Experiences required
• Language: English Fluent (Arabic is a plus)
• New Graduate or max 1 year of experience
