Responsibilities

Manages and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a medical equipment
Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques
Development, implementation, and monitoring of annual sales forecast.
Coach, develop, directs, and oversee Sales engineer activities in their areas
To assist the management in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall cooperate sales objectives.
Achieve budgeted sales target through development of a business vision that translates into both short and long term plans, utilizing tactical and proper field activities.
Sell a full product line of offerings, maintain accurate customer information, and handle other related duties as assigned.
To provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing & new customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor''s degree in Biomedical Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in sales supervisory role.
Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills
Commitment to Succeed
A team player with high level of dedication
UAE Driving License
