Wanted Receptionist in the Dubai

They should be having a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite in order to submit in their resumes

Applicants wanted should be having a professional attitude and appearance to forward in their CVs

Solid written and verbal communication skills in order to be able to share relevant information

Solid organizational, Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Customer service attitude and high school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Candidates that are required should be having at least 2 to 4 years of experience in the same domain

Duties
Greeting and welcoming visitors on arrival plus instructing guests to the appropriate person and office

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and maintain updates records of office expenses and costs

Making sure that the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all the required stationery and material

Responsible for doing other clerical receptionist duties like filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
