- Work with direct clients to sell White Goods to Projects
( Residential and Hospitality ).
- Evaluate, present and negotiate business opportunities.
- Outdoors presentations to companies and organizations.
- Meet clients and build relationships for sales.
-Visiting Clients continuously for promoting new items or offers.
-Liaise with all levels in the customer organization as required.
-Expected to exceed the allocated sales target.
-Manage accurate and timely market information related to opportunities, competition, changing trends and feed it back to Sales Manager.
-Placing Clients orders on the system .
- Follow up clients orders and account payments after sale.
- Meet the consultants architects , Project Managers and Key Decision makers for the Sales of White goods .

Desired Candidate Profile
SKILLS :

- Must be a holder of a Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce OR Engineering
-Proven success in consistently achieving sales targets.
-Excellent sales, persuasive, and negotiation skills.
-Expert in converting lead into client.
-Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to do quality work under tight deadlines.
-Self-starter, Initiative, drive and enthusiasm.
-Good planning and organizational skills.
-The ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Should be fluent in English (written / spoken) English as Business Language .
- Problem solving Skills.
-Ability to handle multiple functions.

- Must have a valid UAE driving license & Car .
- Candidates with minimum work experience of 3 years in Projects Appliance Sales in UAE may only apply .
- Work experience with any Building Material category is must, however candidates with White good sales experience would be preferred .
- Must be fully conversant with Microsoft OFFICE ( Excel, Word , Power Point etc ) .
- Commercial : Must have verbal calculation acumen of percentages , Profit , Gross Margin , Net margin , etc
