Job Description: Field Service/Technical Support MEA
Responsibilities:
1. Distributor technical support with immediate concern on ME region (Egypt > Pakistan):
- Provide assistance to Distributor Manager with sole responsibility of managing technical aspects within ME.
- Provide pre-sales support to distributors for all product segment applications.
- Manage and provide technical trainings to distributors on all product lines.
- Provide distributors Gemba field support on complex projects (pre-sales & installations).
- Provide onsite field support to distributors for complex product technical issues which are unable to handle by distributors
- Technical issues management within ME region.
- Currently works as immediate technical support for Graphics/BX for MEA.
- Work as immediate technical support for GSA tobacco project within MEA.
2. Manage MEA OEM.
- Job covers installation coordination up to payment closing to distributors from OEM subsidiary.
3. Manage technical for direct business in UAE from pre-sales, installation and after sales support.
4. Mange & mentors FSE for direct business;
- Responsibility covers FSE product & application training.
- Mentoring FSE on customer management, SE support and product knowledge improvement.
