We are one of the leading Digital Marketing Company in UAE dealing with Website development, Social Media Management, SEO, Google Ads etc; looking for passionate Business Development professional who can contribute to an exciting and fast-growing company, who will be working on lead generation and manage the complete sales process from prospect to close, including cold calling, demo’s, proposals and order closure with the specified target set by the company.

Job Duties, Skills and Qualifications:

• Searching organizations to identify their need & contacting potential clients (decision makers) via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays as per their solution requirement.
• Strong communication skills pitching our business and marketing solution in the right way to customers.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person maintaining fruitful relationships with all customers.
• Updating the Sales Report & reviewing own sales performance. Providing feedback to the higher management about what is and is not working in the market.
• Comply with the work plans and methodologies with the Q.A as appropriate.
• 3+ years of Sales & Business Development experience with IT fluency and a proven track record of success.
• Ability to succeed within a high volume sales environment: prospecting, building pipelines and closing business.
• Competitive drive to beat targets, positive attitude and incredible work ethic.
• Excellent Time Management and attention to detail.

Significant Requirements:

• Driver’s License with car preferably.
• Sales & Business Development Experience of minimum 3 years in Dubai with IT fluency, especially in websites selling, social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads & so on.
• Good English communication skills and presentable.
