This is what an average week at work will look like:
Contacting potential customers to inform them about our products
Qualifying leads and pass on to the Investment Consultants
Keeping records of calls and note useful information
Cleansing data in Oracle for "contacts" and "leads"

Skills
You need these to qualify for the role:
Two to four years’ experience in telesales and/or outbound call center
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
Ability to learn about our products and describe/explain them to prospects
Experience using a CRM software and a dialer system
Two years of work experience using Microsoft Office such as Excel
High school diploma
Preferable you are ready to join immediately
