Hardware and Software Support
• Attend day-to-day store and user problem calls & resolving them either on phone or through remote log in or personally visiting the user depending on the nature, criticality of the problem.
• Provide round the clock support to all the showrooms in case of any problem related to company hardware/software.
• Install, upgrade and configure new computer resources including hardware, software and applications and the ability to quickly diagnose system hardware, software or operating system problems and recommend corrective action.
• Preventive maintenance and repair of IT hardware (Desktop/Laptop/Printers/Monitor/CCTV etc.)
• Install standard software like - Windows, MS Office, Outlook, OS Security Patches & Sophos Antivirus & other utility software etc.
• Maintain and update IT Assets inventory (all IT hardware and software) and do regular store visits for PM/IT audits.
• Distribute cartridges and toners and maintain records
• Coordinating with supplier for delivery & installation and properly document Approval Notes/LPO/Invoices/Delivery Notes AMC/Repairs etc.
• User data backup including monitoring & regular cleanup of FTP/NAS storage etc.
