Description
We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator for Al Futtaim Motors (AFM). Reporting to the Head of Brand Operations, your main role is to assist in implementing marketing plans and support marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal and external parties to secure planning and roll out.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include the following:
• Support and deliver business projects for the Marketing team
• Support & assist team with marketing logistics & materials.
• Accountability for reporting of all campaigns related to the marketing team
• Deliver events/ networking opportunities calendar for the Brand
• Liaise with other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
• Coordinate with other key functions in managing the marketing aspects, liaise with third parties and agencies, and manage key marketing services related to the brand.• Assist in managing & organizing all promotional activities , including events and exhibitions

Skills
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing. You will have mminimum of 2 years work experience in a marketing related role preferably within the Automotive industry. UAE/GCC experience is an additional advantage.

You will have excellent knowledge in MS Office, particularly in Excel & presentation. You should be able to multi task and manage deadlines, a team player and work without supervision. You should be able to communicate effectively to both upward and downward structure and able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will liaise with a number of stakeholders, notably; the Group communications agency, members of the marketing team, the product team of the brand, the distributor team and the brand sales and aftersales teams as well as the principal. You will understands and adheres to Toyota Way Practices to conduct Kaizen and PDCA.
