• Manage the portfolios of account executives, maintain and expand professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Achieve assigned profitable sales volume, strategic objectives in assigned accounts and customers’ expectations.
• Lead project management activity.
• Report sales forecasts and business updates to the immediate Line Management to avoid any potential gap within the actual sales projects.
• Build a sales ''territory'' within the assigned market segment.
• Deal with all aspects of sales campaigns.
• Use an existing networks of industry contacts to generate new business.
• Train other associates of the account team to ensure high performance and motivation.
• Deliver sales presentations to high-level executives.
• Attend client meetings.
• Process and develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Coordinate with logistics and Service department to ensure delivery and installation in line with the customer’s requirements in timely manner.
• Update sales pipeline and maintain target account list.
• Enter all the tenders and quotations in the system.
