Position Description:

Ensure that the Academy is always ready for use (at all times)
Set up and maintenance of equipment
Ensure the Academy is always tidy and looking its best
Constantly verify furniture and all other key elements are always present and funtional
Manage the calendar of events
Act as Moderator for webinars
Organize and Host webinar sessions
Active in social media to promote Academy events
Operate AV equipment for global broadcast sessions
Keep the Academy up to the latest technical standards, and suggest new technologies to be installed and/or demonstrated in the Academy
