Responsibilities

In general, tasks across roles may include:

• Providing and interpreting financial information
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
• Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
• Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
• Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• Managing a company''s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
• Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
• Finalization of Accounts with International Accounting Standards & IFRS
• Developing external relationships with bankers
• Ensure bank services and facility lines are secured, maintained & utilized
appropriately
• Maximizing efficiency of bank account structure and prepares cost benefit
analyses of fees versus structure
• Plan and manage the efficient utilization of debt capital in a manner consistent
with the objectives of the organization
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
• Managing budgets
• Arranging new sources of finance for a company''s debt facilities
• Supervising staff
• Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding
strategies

Required skills and experience

• Must have active relationships in the banking sector.
• Must have a proven track record of managing funds, including Equity & Hedge
