Role: Marketing & selling of company services and create a goodwill by providing quality services, sourcing candidates, placing and follow-up.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Consolidate, grow and develop the existing business (government clients and customer service process to increase the customer base, sales turnover and profitability.
2) Maintain regular contact with government customers, key stakeholders and business associates to ensure consistent service
3) Relationship building/ Influencing key government/ Regulatory Authorities and Decision making bodies to improve overall business
4) Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
5) Identify potential new areas to push company’s services while being fully aware of competition status.
6) Map potential customers and generate new leads for the organization.
7) Ensure payments are received on time and avoid bad debts.
8) Promotion of company services to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach.
9) To ensure required documents are collected before commencing requirement (Proper Documentation of contracts with clients).
10) To achieve monthly targets for mobilization.
11) Co-ordinate with accounts department for the timely invoicing and delivery of invoice and payment follow-up.
12) To perform additional duties as and when requested by the management.
