Here’s a chance to play a pivotal role in of one of the most iconic projects in the region!
The Heart of Europe is looking for dynamic and energetic seasoned sales leaders who have a track record of
success in the real estate industry in Dubai.

Responsibilities
 Lead a team of 10 to 12 property consultants
 Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
 Set KPIs for the team, in conjunction with the Sales Head and ensure the achievement of the same
 Independently source potential investors and establish/maintain strong working relationships
 Effectively consulting with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the projects and
investment options in line with their requirements
 Guiding the team on effectively in converting company assigned leads into opportunities that result in

sales
 Coordinate with marketing team and represent the organization in exhibitions and other promotional
activities of properties
 Assist the team to finalise the terms of agreement and closing sales
 Ensure that the team maximises all sales opportunities
 Conduct induction and sales training for all new team members. Also, take charge of any refresher
training that needs to be conducted
 Ensure that all documentation concerning leads and account activities is correctly logged, stored and
made available for reporting on a regular basis
 Keep abreast of local zoning laws, financing institutions, residency and commercial procedures and
other concerns of the client with regards to the sale of property to ensure smooth sales transactions
 Work closely with recruitment to expand the team and coordinate with client management, finance
and HR as required
 Prepare periodical sales activity reports for management information and decision making

Requirements
 At least 3 years of team management experience in the Dubai real estate market with a total
experience of 8 to 10 years.
 Proven track record of success in the sales function
 Excellent network of investors
 Be able to prioritize and plan tasks well and complete assigned tasks within set deadlines
 Natural leader
 Excellent sales and negotiation skills
 Excellent written and spoken English, Arabic and other languages will be an added advantage
 Be creative, strong, motivated and energetic
