Job Description
• Generate Sales Invoices
• Accounting and processing of consolidations, transfers and forfeiture.
• Process refund requests from the concerned department
• Producing adhoc reports, schedules and reconciliations as required by the Finance Manager and management.
• Application of receipts against respective invoice.
• Monitor on unapplied receipt and other open transaction.
• Manual and system reconciliations bank accounts and pass necessary entry.
• Follow up with customers on installment payments and unsettled bounced cheques.
• Coordinate with Sales Department and attending launching events.
• Coordinate with Legal Department for issuing Notice of Termination, Land Department Notice of Termination and action on bounced cheques.
• To monitor follow up on all due installments by contacting customers through sms, calls and letters.
