This role will include:
- Working with the brands and customer service team to make sure packages get from sellers to customers
- Working with our logistics team to ensure smooth running of processes
- Dealing with any issues that arise that could disrupt the process
- Working to upsell certain products to customers
- Being highly organised and efficient
