Core Purpose of the Job:

•Manage Revenue and margin for the product
•Complete ownership of the P&L statement for the destination.

Areas of Responsibility:

•Preparation of yearly product plan with financial targets and actions
•Analyze the market and consumer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements
•Study demand trends in markets, identify potential customers, review competitors'' initiatives and develop pricing strategies.
•Constant Product Innovation & development, with special focus on new products
•Negotiations with vendors, airlines, hotels etc. for best rates in the market
•Bridging every department that touches the product – sales, marketing, online, customer service, tech, operations.
•Oversee and manage the product on daily basis.
•Working closely with International vendors and suppliers
•In depth understanding/training of the destination
•Be a single point of contact for entire organization for any query/issues pertaining to destination being handled.
•Inventory management
•Tracking utilizations and executing price corrections to maximize overall revenue
•Monitoring performance of products and on ground experience of the customer with reference to hotels, transport, restaurants, tours and attractions.
•Focus on margin growth and optimizing the existing suppliers
•Work across cross functional and cross organization teams to drive results
•Suggest metrics and analyze data when appropriate resulting in key business dashboards/reports therefore, building on business intelligence
