Description
Analysis of reported production problems.
Solving or forwarding reported production problems to appropriate departments.
Preparation of POS devices to work in the test environment and support for external companies integrating their solutions with PeP terminals.
Acquisition and analysis of data from PeP databases.
Experience Required:
Experience in the position of: HelpDesk Specialist, Technical and related support is welcome .
Higher education – technical (IT, Electronics or related).
Knowledge of the principles of operation of Ethernet / WiFi / GPRS networks.
Basic knowledge of databases.
Knowledge of the English language, min. B1 / B2 level enabling work with technical documentation.
Experience in working with project management and issue tracking tools is welcome.
Knowledge of the specifics of working with embedded systems is welcome.
